A new client took the time to compliment me after her haircut; she wrote:

"Mark, just want to say thank you so much for all your time. I LOVE MY HAIRCUT, I LOVE MY HAIRCUT, I LOVE MY HAIRCUT!!!! This is the first time that someone has used a razor on my hair and didn't destroy it - I'm impressed you really know how to use that tool.
